Aufgaben kommen, wie sie im Berufsalltag kommen — mehrere gleichzeitig, meist klein, gelegentlich groß. Das Medium ist die E-Mail: echte Post an das Jugendamt, den Träger, die Eltern von Ulmenthal.Action-oriented learning means acting instead of talking about practice. In Ulmenthal, students take over the day-to-day operation of a social-pedagogical institution. Tasks arrive the way they do in real working life — several at once, mostly small, occasionally large. The medium is e-mail: real mail to Ulmenthal's youth welfare office, provider organizations and parents.
